Dec is coming, soon it will be Xmas the most wonderful month of the year.
End of year sales everywhere! Wahaha~
But 1st of all i need to slim and tone up my body, so that i look more manly~
Many of my friends are saying i looking so girlish.
I wanted to get tanned and looking more manly just like last time. But the problem
is according to some experts
fair skin like mine easily can get skin cancer under direct sun. Moreover
1 main factor that fasten aging is UV ray! I don't to have wrinkle and saggy skin
when i am 26! I must protect myself.
I promise myself i will exercise daily for 1/2 hour. And I have reading books on
how to eat to stay healthy.
Goal For the Month of Nov: Lose 3 kg
